On Sunday 28th April the Partnerschaft along with former internees and their families attended a Liberation Remembrance service and afternoon tea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There were about 45 of us. We unveiled the memorial plaque for Amy Berry and Neil Walker, her great grandson was able to join us and perform the ceremony. As well as remembering the deportees who did not come back from the camp we also remembered Pam Tanguy who passed away recently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The staff at the cafe were very efficient and cheerful and we all enjoyed catching up with  friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
